Liat Cohen is an Israeli classical guitarist, living in Paris, pioneer of both contemporary creation and the renaissance of classical guitar. According to musicologist Hirshberg, Liat Cohen is one of the true guitar virtuosos in the great tradition of Andes Segovia. The “Guitar Magazine” awarded him the title of “virtuoso with a delicate sound” Liat has been giving recitals since the age of fourteen. She is the first guitarist to receive the Nadia and Liliane Boulanger Award. His world tours have been hailed by the press and his concerts broadcast by national television and radio stations.
